Where can I go for support when I have a question, emergency, or issue?

At Scratch-it we keep it real - in the process we provide really solid and comprehensive support. This support can come in 4 different ways based on your issue and preferred method of solving it.

1. For general questions that other clients may have asked in the past, try answering the problem yourself using the Knowledge Base!

2. If you’re in the platform, support can be easily reached by pressing the “help” button. This will open up a live chat where you can reach out to a member of our success team.

3. Not in the platform? When you begin your onboarding process you will be introduced to a customer success team member. This team member will be able to adequately answer any pressing questions you may have through email or  by phone. If your question is in a field outside of your success team member’s scope, they will be able to redirect your question to the right team, and ensure it gets answered in a timely fashion. These team members are a valuable resource for you to rely on. Never hesitate to ping them!
