Scratch-it is a reveal marketing conversion platform. While we provide a top notch email editor for you to build out campaigns with our optimized templates, we can not send emails using Scratch-it as we are not an email service provider (ESP). It is not possible to send emails from the Scratch-it platform directly. This must be done using an ESP and one of our integrations. Don’t fret, Scratch-it works with all ESP’s.
- To send a scratch-it in an email, add your scratching page link (found on the review and publish page) to the hero image within your email.
- If you choose to build your email in the Scratch-it platform using the email editor, you can find the email html on the review and publish page of that specific scratch-it. Note: If you did not create the email in Scratch-it, there will be no html displayed on this page.
- For comprehensive end to end analytics it is best to include an email pixel within your email.
- Using preferred ESP integrations will give you access to many great additional features including the ability to view your scratch-it emails in both the Scratch-it platform as well as your integrated ESP of choice. For a list of current ESP integrations click here.
